Looking For ...
We are looking for all the “Groups of Alumni” that meet – monthly, bi-monthly or whatever. I’ve heard they meet for lunch, dinner and even breakfast! These groups are made up of Galileo Alumni. Sorta like a “neighborhood” or “local” group of alumni friends. The makeup of these groups covers all years. They are “usually” not associated with GAA.
I’ve heard of a few of them … mainly around the bay area. But I also note they are around the country. I’d like to know of at least one “contact person” of any group that you know of. And - the “Area” this group covers. REASON? As I find “New Alumni” in your area – I can pass them on to you. Increasing your circle of alumni friends. Increasing their chance of locating their old friends. Getting information they need!
To these groups:
You have most of the information your alumni friends need – to find old friends – to find new friends – obtain yearbooks – upcoming event info ..etc.. Also, I’d like info about what your group is doing, “How” you find old friends ..etc.. You have “the” info that other alumni need and can use. I “may” have something that can help you.
